PM did not offer early India-Pak talks to Imran

As India assesses the new government in Islamabad, it is unlikely to dilute the centrality of terrorism to any improved ties. Modi had taken up the need for a terror-free environment in the region in his conversation on July 30 with Khan in which he had reiterated "his vision of peace and development in the entire neighbourhood".
